Description
General Terms
1. You need to share a copy of your rent agreement and your ID proof (PAN, Driving License, Passport or Aadhar) on support@rentone.in
2. Security Deposit payable at time of delivery which is fully refundable at the end of the tenure after successful pickup of products. Dont forget to collect Delivery Challan on completion of product delivery.
3. You can upgrade to a higher tenure package anytime. However downgrading to a lower tenure package is not available. Under circumstances, if you return the products before the minimum tenure, you would be charged rental for the entire tenure.
4. The monthly rental needs to be paid within 5 days of receiving monthly payment URL. In case of delay, a penalty of INR 100 per week would be applicable.
Delivery Terms
1. Delivery may not be available for remotely located areas or extreme ends of Pune. Please check with our support team on support@rentone.in if you are in doubt.
2. Our delivery can take upto 7 days. However we work on best efforts basis and try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
3. No additional delivery / pick up / installation charges.
4. In case service lift is not working or goods cannot fit in the lift, additional labor charges based on actuals would be applicable.
5. We do not promote tipping. Please do not tip any of our delivery person.
Service & Maintenance
1. Basic Service and Maintenance will be handled by rentOne.in free of cost.
2. Service of appliances may take upto 3-4 days.
3. All our products are new or new like. We hope you care for them as much as we do. Basic wear & tear is acceptable. In case of full or partial damage to any products, customer is liable for replacement of full product or damaged part.
Cancellation Terms
1. For More than 1 month of rental tenure
- Cancellation done 7 or more days before delivery – No Charges
- Cancellation is done between 5 to 7 days before delivery – 10% of Rental Paid
- Cancellation done 1-5 days before delivery – 1 Month Rental
2. For products with less than 1 month of rental tenure – No cancellation
Important Note:
1. Unless mentioned specifically, the color, brand and model of product is subject to availability. The image shown is only for reference.
2. All package prices are inclusive of service tax.
3. Any booking must be accepted by vendor within 24 hours. If Vendor does not accept the order within 24 hours, transaction is cancelled and full amount is refunded back to customer.
